The Bay is a new economic zone of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee and the city government. it is 80 km from Shanghai, and is the Gulf with the most potential for development in the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta.
The company occupies an area of over 10 000 m2, and a faculty of 82 members, including 8 engineers, technicians and managers, among which there are 5 graduates of a college and one Master Degree. The adopted techniques include medium frequency induction furnace melting process, water glass lost wax casting process, silicasol investment casting process and silicasol-water glass composite investment casting process. Adopting the most advanced investment casting process, the company has manufactured more than 100 kinds of precision investment castings in stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel, etc. The output is over 1000T per year. The products have been exported to USA, UK, Korea, France, Canada, Japan and other countries.
